Billing and Trial Terms

  • 14-day free trial. The trial starts after you confirm your email address. No credit card is required to start.
  • Subscribing. Sign in, open Settings › Subscription and choose a plan and billing period. The amount is calculated by LUNAS EMR at checkout, not by this page.
  • Taxes. Prices shown are before VAT. VAT is added at checkout.
  • After the trial or subscription ends. The clinic becomes read-only: records can still be viewed, but changes require an active subscription.

What subscription plans are available?

The current plans, billing periods and prices are listed on the Pricing page, which always shows the latest plans offered by MCC Softwares.

Does LUNAS EMR offer a free trial?

Yes. New clinics get a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start, and the trial begins once your email is verified.

What happens when the trial expires?

When a trial or subscription expires, your clinic becomes read-only. You can still open existing patient records, but adding or changing records and settings is disabled until you subscribe. The subscription and payment pages stay available so you can renew.

Can I upgrade or change plans?

Authorized users in your clinic can choose a plan and billing period from Settings > Subscription. For help with changing plans, please contact our support team at support@mccsoftwares.com.

What payment methods are accepted?

Payments are processed online through our payment provider, and the payment options available to you are shown at checkout.

Can I cancel my subscription?

A free trial can be canceled from within the app, and access continues until the trial end date. For questions about canceling a paid subscription or about refunds, please contact our support team at support@mccsoftwares.com.
