LUNAS EMR is built for physicians, clinic owners and clinic staff such as secretaries. Each person signs in with their own account, and what they can do depends on their role and permissions.

Yes. LUNAS EMR is made for all types of medical clinics and doctors, whatever their specialty. Patient information, clinical measurements, your physician chart and your forms are all customizable, so you can set up the system to fit how you practice.

Yes. A clinic can start with a single physician account and add a secretary account when needed. See the Pricing page for what each plan includes.

Yes. The Physician Chart Setup lets you choose the sections of your chart, and you can also configure patient information fields and clinical measurements for your clinic.

Yes. LUNAS EMR includes ready-to-use and customizable templates for prescriptions, laboratory requests, imaging requests, medical certificates and more, and a Quick Medicine Library with medicine search suggestions.

Yes. You can add a secretary account. The secretary can register patients, record clinical measurements, upload laboratory results and manage the patient queue. The physician sees the queue, consults and creates the bill, and the secretary then collects payment. Access is controlled by role and permissions.

Yes. Encounters are saved with the patient record, so physicians can review a patient's previous consultations, clinical measurements and laboratory results.

The secretary adds a patient to the queue. In the consultation room, the physician calls the next patient, and the call appears on the secretary's dashboard without refreshing the page.

Yes. LUNAS EMR runs in a web browser, so you can use it on Android, iOS, Windows and Mac devices.

No installation is needed to use the system. Sign in with your account from a supported web browser.

Yes. LUNAS EMR is an online system, so a working internet connection is needed to open and update your clinic's records.

Yes. New clinics get a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start, and the trial begins once your email is verified.

Start Free Trial

When a trial or subscription expires, your clinic becomes read-only. You can still open existing patient records, but adding or changing records and settings is disabled until you subscribe. The subscription and payment pages stay available so you can renew.

Authorized users in your clinic can choose a plan and billing period from Settings > Subscription. For help with changing plans, please contact our support team at support@mccsoftwares.com.

Payments are processed online through our payment provider, and the payment options available to you are shown at checkout.

A free trial can be canceled from within the app, and access continues until the trial end date. For questions about canceling a paid subscription or about refunds, please contact our support team at support@mccsoftwares.com.

LUNAS EMR uses secure account authentication, role-based access control, user permissions and audit logging, and keeps each clinic's data separate from other clinics. Patient information is only available to signed-in users who are allowed to see it.

Only users who belong to your clinic and are signed in can reach your clinic's records, and their role and permissions decide what they can view or do. Clinic administrators manage staff accounts and permissions.

Your clinic switches to read-only access, so existing patient records can still be opened. For questions about long-term data retention, please contact our support team at support@mccsoftwares.com.

Documents such as prescriptions and medical certificates can be printed, and sales reports can be exported. If you need a copy of other clinic data, please contact our support team at support@mccsoftwares.com.

After you register, LUNAS EMR guides you through an 8-step setup: usage agreement, physician information, patient information, clinical measurements, physician chart, optional secretary account, optional form templates and clinic information.
